Single point contact for day-to-day crew related matters. Designated crew coordinator. Prepare Crew change schedule in consultation with the unit Manager. Advise crew about their joining dates and reporting. Follow up with crew 3 - 4 days prior to crew change date to ensure smooth crew change as per schedule. Ensure Crew reports to the base one-day prior to the crew change date. Prepare Helicopter manifest for crew change as per schedule. Ensure crew reports to the Heli base on time for crew change. Report any drop outs, non-reporting of crew etc. to the company and Unit. Take corrective measures in consultation with Unit Manager for minimum manning requirement. Issue release note, with date of next joining. Collect and handover security passes at the time of crew change.
