Transformers in Thane (ट्रान्सफॉर्मर, ठाणे)

A high-voltage (HV) transformer is a specialized electrical device used to transfer alternating current (AC) power between circuits, typically operating at voltage levels above 35 kV. They are fundamental to electrical grids, stepping up voltage for efficient long-distance transmission and stepping it down for safe consumer distribution. [1, 2, 3, 4]

We are engaged in manufacturing and fabrication of Transformer Tanks. Designed by using latest technology, our range of tanks is highly durable. The fabrication work for these tanks is done with the help of sophisticated machines. Moreover, our Transformer Tanks are manufactured for range upto 100 MVA.

We at TELAWNE manufacture both hermetically sealed, corrugated radiator type and conventional rectangular tank type distribution Transformers. These Transformers are generally used in distribution network for feeding residential, commercial bulk consumers.

"SIGMA" CVT is a gadget that provides an answer to almost all power problems except power failure. This is a most reliable product, as it has no moving parts & electronic components. Working on magnetic saturation principle, its voltage correction is very fast and accurate. Besides this it provides a reasonable degree of isolation and very good noise rejection. Thus "SIGMA" CVT is an ideal power-conditioning product where power failure (Black-out) is rare.

As the fundamental enabler of measuring electricity consumption, Instrument Transformers need to be highly accurate and hence should be intrinsically designed for absolute precision. Any error in the instrument transformer leads to faulty tariff metering and has a direct impact on the consumer. Hence, at STELMEC, we have been designing Precise and rugged Instrument Transformers thus ensuring its stability and resistance to load fluctuations while ensuring functional excellence and safety.
