Our range of Vertical Turning and Boring Mills comprises the following parts : Spindle and Bearing : The spindle is manufactured using steel and has a flanged on the top of the periphery wherein the bull gear is fitted. The bull gear has exceptionally large dimensions in order to provide higher cutting thrust with little force on the meshing gears. The entire weight of the face plate and the job rests on the metal to lurcite "B" bearing surface between bed and bull gear. Extra large double row cylindrical roller bearing is rotated by the upper end of the spindle and tapered roller bearing by the lower end. Therefore, effective running of the spindle ensures accurate cylindrical operation of the machine. Both the spindle and the bull gear have a failure proof bath type lubrication system. Face Plate : The face plate is sturdy in design to avoid any deformation during the clamping of the work-piece and subsequent working stresses. It comes with two parallel T-slots and single radial to ensure convenient and easy clamping system for the work-piece.

FGU milling machine (as well as FGU RT with a rotary table) are universal CNC milling machines for machining parts with the use of milling heads. It is especially suitable for machining from 5 sides thanks to its built in automatic micro-positioning 2 axis head. BMC-110FT3 The BMC-110FT3 has an extended X axis travel of 118 . It has a built-in facing head (U axis) for large capacity turning while still maintaining full functionality of the W axis (boring, milling, drilling and tapping). It incorporates a traveling column design providing higher machining rigidity and increased table load capacities. It comes standard with a 50 taper, 35 hp geared head spindle, linear scales on X, Y and Z axis, chip conveyor and a Fanuc CNC control. Optional accessories include a 60 or 90 station automatic tool changer, through the spindle coolant system and a full 4th axis.
