Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene Rubber

Hyplon TS-530 is a premium-grade chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) elastomer, developed for applications that demand outstanding resistance to weathering, ozone, heat, and chemicals. It combines excellent aging stability, mechanical strength, and processability, making it ideal for long-life sealing, hose, and coating applications. The polymer s unique backbone of polyethylene with chlorine and sulfonyl groups gives it superior resistance to oils, fuels, and oxidizing chemicals while retaining elasticity over a wide temperature range.

This is an in-between product with low silicone and no protien. It is an excellent product for applications where the better dewebbing characteristics of silicone are required, but protein can not be tolerated. This product performs better with slightly lower amounts of surfactant in latex. Levels of 0.1% to 0.45% are recommended. The higher alcohols and fatty soaps may decrease the deweb activity.
