Draw frame Model FA326A is a high-grade, high speed, high efficiency draw frame with autoleveller made by ZELLWEGER USTER. The autolevelling system is controlled by open loop to improve the weight unevenness and CV%. The detector on line detects and displays the sliver quality, such as A%, CV% and so on. The machine will auto stop when exceeding the preset limit, and the stop reasons are displayed at the same time. The speed of main motor is controlled by inverter. As a result, the starting is very smooth and the time of raising speed can be adjusted. The machine is controlled by PLC to realize automatic operation and accurate control. The machine is suitable for cotton, cotton type fiber, mid fiber and their blends with length of 22 to 76 mm. The evenness and straightness and degree of parallelism of all kinds of slivers processed by this machine are improved and the different fibers of slivers are blended to be more even. The adoption of the short-term autolevelling system solved the long-term weight deviation and periodical short-term fluctuation. One passage drawing after comber can obtain remarkable result, and the sliver quality is better than two passages drawing. Especially the weight unevenness and the CV% can be greatly improved. The operation is simple and convenient.
