Royal's rail track assembly is characterized by the ease of its fitment at the time of track laying, easy maintenance, durability, economical life span and speedy replacement. Our elastic fastenings have been used for laying and maintaining Indian and International Railways for over three decades. They have been used with wooden sleepers, concrete sleepers, bridge sleepers and steel sleepers for high speed, heavy haul, urban transport and standard lines both for ballasted and ballast less tracks. Royal manufactures elastic fastening systems, from traditional E type clips to more recent elastic fasteners, which have proven their value by holding up under ever-increasing pressures. We manufacture elastic fasteners to various specifications and standards namely ASTM, AREMA, UIC, RDSO, AS, DIN, EN, JIS, GOST, BS and others. We are one of the very few companies in the world who have the necessary infrastructure for manufacturing all types of elastic fasteners. We have supplied more than 50 million elastic clips and its associated fittings worldwide. Royal carries all necessary testing facilities to develop new fastenings according to the client's drawing as well as test the regularly produced products. Some of the testing equipment Royal carries are toe load tester, fatigue tester, vertical and lateral movement tester, hardness testing machine, UTM and others. We are known to undertake stringent quality control processes like 100% application test. The regularly produced clips are E Clipis specifically designed for high-speed routes and heavy traffic lines. These clips extend track life by providing a positive and lasting rail alignment under the most severe operating conditions. They are available in the range from 11 mm to 20mm diameter, having nominal toe loads varying from 350 kgf to 1400 kgf and can support up to 40 tonne axle loads. The material used is Spring Steel of different grades. We currently manufacture and supply various series such as 1800, 2000, and others.W Clip (Skl tension clamps)is a highly elastic rail fastening system for concrete sleepers. The fastening components can be preassembled thus reducing site installation resources. These are available in different types such as Skl 1, Skl 12, Skl 14 and others and are suitable for both light rail and heavy haul.Nablais a resilient fastening system used with concrete sleepers for use on different types of loads including light rail, passenger traffic, freight traffic, mixed traffic, and even heavy haul routes. This type of clip is used with specially moulded insulators which can also be manufactured at our facilities.PR Typewith flattened toe for greater bearing area, are available in the range of 18 mm diameter to 23 mm diameter, having nominal toe loads varying from 300 kgf to 1250 kgf. The material used is Spring Steel of different grades. We are manufacturing and supplying all various series such as 400, 600, and others.All of the above can be manufactured in Anti-Vandaland Anti-Thefttype by us as well. Royal also manufactures specially designed clips for its customers to suit their individual needs.
