Horizontal Float Switch Consist of a Float, magnet and reed switch component designed to detect liquid level in tanks. This unit is used to indicate either High level or Low level of the liquid when the pivoted actuator magnet comes close to the reed switch mounted on the outer side of the flange. Mounting of the float switch can either be Normally Open or Normally Closed condition. Used For Low Level High Level Sensing in Hydraulic Lubricant Oil Tank Switch Status When a reed switch is to be connected to an inductive load or a load where surge current or in rush current flows (capacitive or lamp load) contact protection circuit is recommended.
