Hydrostatic Head Tester

The Hydrostatic Head tester M018 accurately and swiftly determines the resistance of fabrics (coated, uncoated non wovens) to water penetration under pressure while firmly clamped in the test rig of standard area, by means of dynamic test method and static test method.

Hydrostatic Head tester: In order to cater the requirements of the clients, we are involved in offering a wide range of Hydrostatic Head Tester which is used for determining accurately and swiftly the resistance of fabrics (coated, uncoated non woven) and films to water penetration under pressure while firmly clamped in the test rig of standard area, by means of dynamic test method and static test method. The bank is linked to a test head to which the specimen is clamped quickly and stably by means of a hand wheel. Application: After starting the hydrostatic pressure test, the test pressure is automatically controlled; hydrostatic head test result is digitally displayed. The test specimen is observed visually for evidence of penetration by water. The test area is well illuminated and an unobstructed observation of the sample is from all sides greatly facilitates the visual drop detection. 100cm2 hydrostatic head is included. Specifications: 5 test methods are included. Pressure Range: 0 ~ 200kPa(2,000cmH2O, or 2 bar), 0 ~ 500kPa Holding force: 5,000N Increasing rate of water pressure: 1 ~ 30 kPa/min, or 1~100kPa/min (for the capacity of 500kPa) Accuracy: 0.2% F.S.
