Integral Orifice Assembly with meter run eliminate the impulse tubing. The DPT can be directly mounted on the Orifice assembly. This reduces the DP loss in impulse tubing which helps in getting correct measurement where low DP needs to be measured. it is a compact installation.

Integral Orifice Plate Assemblies are a flow element capable of adapting to pneumatic and electronic Differential Pressure Transmitters to make a compact, complete flow metering transmitting device without the need of separate impulse piping. Generally used for flow measuring generally available in Carbon steel or SS 316. Other Materials Provided on request.

Integral Flow Orifice Assembly is used for the small bore pipe sizes of 2" below. However due to process Temperature limited of the Transmitter, this assembly cannot be used for process Temperatures above 120 C (248 F). The assembly consists of an Orifice Plate between two integral blocks having corner taps. Generally meter run pipe is recommended with upstream length of 750mm and downstream length of 250mm. The pipes are welded to the blocks with end flanges. The complete Flow Measuring System consists of Integral Origice Assembly, Manifold and DP Transmitter. At Eureka we have in house calibration of Integral Orifice Assemblies that we manufacture. Calibration can be offered upon Customer's request. These Integral Assemblies can be offered in CS, SS316, SS304 and other materials on specific request.

It is also used when differential pressure transmitter is to be directly mounted on the assembly. E 410 IMR 1# Series supplied wIth the meter Iubundjs designed for direct installation with DP Transmitter I.e.. the Meter tube is an integral part of the secondary flow measuring device. The external tubing is eliminated here. This type of Meter Tubes are always provided with corner tappings and all largely recommended for gas flow measurement with smaller line sizes viz: 15 NB to '50 NB where DP is very low. The corner tappings are provided in the form of annular groovers so that, the purging of build into the lap is very effective and reading of DP become easy.

This type of assembly is specially constructed for direct mounting of DP transmitter. The maximum size available for this type is 1.5". For the construction of this, specially designed integral blocks are used, the shape of which is made suitable for DPT mounting. The plate is made to suit the integral blocks. Integral MRA uses a corner tapping arrangement, hence the accuracy is better than the conventional type meter run. Additionally, this arrangement reduces the losses through leakage, since there are no leakage points. But, as the DPT is mounted directly on the meter run, this can be used upto 120deg maximum only.
