Load Positioners

Single direction loading spout positioners increase your speed and efficiency in any loading operation. Single direction positioners move standard duty loading spouts horizontally in the X axis to load trucks or railcars. They allow your driver to stop the vehicle in the designated loading area without having to be in the precise center of the loading station, and the loading spout can then be positioned directly above the vehicle hatch. This virtually eliminates vehicle re-spotting once in the loading station and speeds your operation.DCL offers a selection of single direction positioners that provide horizontal travels from 6 feet [1.8 m] up to 2 feet [610 mm].A choice of construction materials allows you to effectively handle all types of products fine, granular, lumpy, abrasive and corrosive and difficult dusty or sanitary applications.
