FTTx CONNECTORS Production monitored A close synergy with Camozzi Automation has allowed Camozzi Technopolymers to develop the high-quality connectors Series V4000 PLUS, that meet all CEI EN50411-2-8 requirements. These transparent, metal-free push-in connectors are the perfect solution for blown fibre applications. With a full technopolymer design, unrivalled impact resistance, and fast and reliable microduct connection the Series V4000 PLUS makes the ideal solution for your infrastructure deployment.

Tight protected microducts are suitable for the installation of fibre units containing between 1 and 12 fibres as well as minicable (24-144 fibres). In 3mm, 5mm, 7mm and 8mm microduct diameters the bundles can contain up to 24 individual microducts. Specifications: Direct Bury - Range: Dia 5mm,10mm and 12mm OD Direct Install - Range: Dia 5mm,10mm and 12mm ODD

Jain Micro Duct Jain Micro Ducts are specifically made for installation in the existing (new or old, empty or preoccupied) HDPE / PVC ducts by blowing, jetting or pulling technique. The ducts can be bunched blown in various combinations colors thus allowing extra channels for future cabling needs increased pathway. Its low sliding friction aids in easier blowing jetting of micro ducts allows longer pulling distance thus increasing duct integrity resulting in quality installation at lower cost.Jain Micro Ducts are available in 7mm, 10mm 14 mm OD with different wall-thicknesses.Micro ducts are available with permanently lubricated smooth inner wall or permanently lubricated ribbed inner wall. Jain Anti-Rodent Duct Ducts are generally installed by direct burial method. At many places rodents are present even at depth of more than one meter below ground level. Unlike human beings the front teeth of rodents grow throughout their life., hence to trim it they chew soft materials like PE PVC pipes to keep their their teeth within size. This results in damages to the pipes the cable in it. Jain anti rodents ducts provides the best solution to such problems by incorporating a bitterent in the pipe to dissuade rodents from chewing it. Antirodent ducts are tested at institute for Toxicological Studies, Pune for its antirodent properties. Antirodent ducts are available in various sizes starting from 32 mm onwards.

DUCTEL is known for providing telecom trac able micro duct design in INDIA as well as in abroad. We manufacture ducts with a copper wire embedded on the outer surface of the duct. The purpose of copper wire is to trace the duct when buried upderground, The tracing is done by a simple handheld device (Metal Detector). The copper wire for tracing can be in bundled standard. FEATURES 20 AWG Insulated copper locate wire. Ruggedized with owersheath for harsh conditions. Easy to locatable when grounded. Comes with UV Protection. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS Telecommunication Computer Network Railways Information Network Highways Cable Service Providers Broadband Network Electric Cable Installation Associated Accessories Tools 1-Plastic Coupler to join two duct lengths- air tight and water tight. 2-End Plug to seal duct ends prior to the installation of the cable. 3-Cable Sealing plug to seal duct ends after insertion of the cable. 4-End Cap made of hard rubber, fitted on both ends of duct coil after manufacturing 5-Duc Cutter to cut duct cleanly and with square ends. 6-C Spner to tighten plastic coupler. STANDARDS/GRS: Micro ducts are smaller diameter conduit, manufactured from HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). Includes a 20 AWG Insulated copper wire.

With the aid of hi-tech advancements, we are instrumental in developing high quality Micro Duct Cables. Specially fabricated for the next generation installation techniques of air-jetting our offered cables are thoughtfully developed to present a perfect balance between stiffness and flexibility. We are procuring the industry compliant raw materials to address the specific environmental conditions. Further, we are providing the highly durable cables at a competitive price.

Armoured MicroDuct is a standard MicroDuct having a strong layer of ECC Steel Tape Armour and a UV stable HDPE outer sheath for use in aerial and underground networks.

Using MicroDucts from Dura-Line are a better way to utilize that empty space, both today and tomorrow. It allows you to expand your fiber network as you bring on new customers. It enables you to increase bandwidth as your needs increase. And, it allows you to do it easily, without adding extra fibers that might never be used. MicroTechnology saves you time and money, allowing for economical growth within your communications network. The SILICORE super slick permanent lining remains for future repairs, replacements or upgrades. Faster and easier cable installation Reduced coefficient of friction Flexibility for growth Cost-effective repairs or upgrades Can be extruded with any Dura-Line product up to and including 3"
