The Global Corporation Salt spray Corrosion Cabinet is used to test the corrosion resistance of protective lacquer coating on ferrous &non ferrous material. The Salt water spray test device: This device is used to test the surface treatment of various materials. The so-called treatments include coating, coating electroplating films of organic and non-organic materials, anodizing, anti-rest oil and corrosion resistant treatment, which may achieve the purpose of keeping the items from being corroded for a longer period. Solid design of the corrosion-resistant housing made from SS316. The test chamber made from Stainless Steel SS 316 that resists impact, corrosion. Product Details: Test Space: Made up of SS 316 non-corrosive material.Insulation: The insulation material will be of low k factor, high density & non hygroscopic nature of mineral fiber/ glasswool.Door: will be made-up of non-corrosive Acrylic with hinges in the REAR. The door will be having inclined ceiling provided with side wall baffles to avoid droplets falling on to specimen.Air Regulator: Moisture & Oil Filter cum Regulator ranging from 0-30 psi is incorporated with the UNIT.The Chamber has a gabble type cover.Atomizer: Non-corrosive trouble free Atomizer capable of producing a fine FOG of 20-30 micromoles size is installed with UNIT.Humidifying Saturator: A temp controlled non-corrosive saturator with built-in AUDIO VISUAL automatic water level watch-dog solid state electronic buzzer Alarm circuit with solenoid valve & immersion heater is provided with UNIT.Specimen Placement: FRP/ Acrylic /PP ROD will be provided for hanging the specimen.Heating of Test Chamber: The heating of the chamber will be done by using U Shaped SS Finned Heater (Hot+Cold Zone Junction with Lead wire taken out of Chamber for easy accessibility with cover for safety) of suitable capacity & mounted to have uniform heating.Instrumentation & Control: Software based Microprocessor programmable PID controller with Time proportionate bands, data logger & cyclic timer, real clock battery backup, RAM memory,(printer & PC interface controller as option ) with PT-100 sensor will be provided with the unit (Detail attached separately).
