Dredging Equipment

This 6" x 6" dredge is useful in all types of bottom substrates, except hard packed clays. Two-way mechanism prevents accidental closure while in transit, yet triggers dredge with a spring-loaded release mechanism upon impact with the bottom, eliminating the need for a messenger. Top is covered with stainless steel screening to reduce frontal shock wave and prevent escape of sample upon retrieval. Effective sampling area is 36 square inches. Jaws, side plates, underlip plate, screen frame, and hinge pin all made of #316 stainless steel. Top screen and fasteners are made from 18-8 stainless steel. Exterior weights and closing arms are constructed of powder painted mild steel. A 3/8" nylon rope is recommended for raising and lowering dredge.

One of the ZPMC's main offshore products. The dredger is mainly used in dredging projects in costal areas. ZPMC provides dredgers in series of types as cutter suction dredger, grab dredgers, and trailing suction hopper dredgers. ZPMC can provide professional designs, manufacturing, and after-sale services to satisfy the clients and meet their requirements.

e are manufacturing Cutter Suction Dredgers all critical components for Cutter Suction Dredgers of various sizes . We have overhauled old mechancial dredgers and also customized new equipments as per customer's / job requirements. Some of these critical dredger components which have been manufactured and successfully replaced in old dredgers includes: Complete hydraulic systems ( including valves, manifolds and accessories). These primarily include Cutter Manifold, Ladder Winch Manifold, Foreside Winch Manifold Spud Cylinder Manifold Cutter Assembly Winches ( Both ladder and swing winches) Spud Cylinders Gear Box for dredge pump Complete electrical controls Extreme care has been taken while designing of all critical components so as to ensure high performance even in harsh sea environment. Many critical components are also being imported from best manufacturers around the world so as to ensure relaibility and longivity. All components are designed and manufactured so as to ensure that the performance is at par with those premium dredgers being imported from Europe, etc We are also maintaining critical spares for Cutter Suction Dredgers which are being imported from Europe, etc and can also provide replacement options for discontinued parts. We are also providing technical support during critical hydraulic and electrical breakdowns at site during production/ in midst of a

Dredging activities whether they aim at maintaining (rivers, channels and ports), building (artificial islands) or extracting (oil, sand, gravel, from the sea- or riverbed), mean particular challenges.

Dredgers

Dragflow amphibious dredges can work in the presence of water or on any soil, whether solid or muddy. The two side tracked floaters allow the vehicle to move on the ground like a normal earthmoving machine, while the addition of the central float gives it a high stability during the floating phases on liquid surfaces, as a standard Dragflow dredge. Available in two versions (DRM and DRSP) amphibious dredges can use pumps with excavators and other accessories, such as the cutter head. Their extreme versatility makes them capable of facing contexts that would require the purchase of numerous machines. With only one dredge, modular and easy to transport, even dredging in marshy areas becomes possible!

Dredging activities whether they aim at maintaining (rivers, channels and ports), building (artificial islands) or extracting (oil, sand, gravel, from the sea- or riverbed), mean particular challenges. Increase dredger productivity. Increase dredger availability. Decrease operational costs. Decrease CO2 emissions. After a thorough analysis of the whole production process, we search and suggest. An optimized design for higher hydraulic performances. An optimized alloy for an increased lifetime.

We are offering Dredging that includes Cutter Teeth, Adapters, Cutter, Rope Pulleys, Steel and Alloy Components and Pump Spares. That are used in various industries like agriculture, pharmaceutical, textile and construction and in various other engineering applications.

The hull consists of three pontoons, one main pontoon housing the engine room, and two side pontoons. The dredger is equipped with a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons achieved using bolts at deck level, and hooks at the bottom. Further salient features of the vessel are the compact dredge pump drive incorporating a reduction gear with integrated pump bearing and a fresh water engine cooling system, based on the well cooling principle.Various components are mounted in or on the main pontoon, including the cutter ladder, the two ladder actuator rams, control cabin, dredge pump, diesel engines and auxiliary power units, discharge line and the spuds with their actuator rams. The cutter and swing winches, mounted on the ladder, are powered by centrally located hydraulic system with a pump driven by the engine. The Cutter equipped in this model is a 5 bladed crown type with serrated cutting edges & the cutter ladder of length 7.6 m is sturdy welded & steel constructed.
