TSI has automated filter testers (AFTs) and components systems that are used to comply with various testing standards and regulations around the globe. In particular, TSI s filter testing solutions are designed for measuring filtration efficiencies of media and a variety of air filters, including very high-efficiency filters, respiratory filters, cartridges and protective garments. Our filter testers can determine the efficiency using sub micron poly- and mono disperse oil and/or sodium chloride aerosol.

All data is filtered and only reads meeting the minimum quality criteria are retained. We use a moderately stringent filter for QC. The stringency of QC filter can be adjusted depending on client demand. We will duly inform the client on pitfalls of adjusting QC filters. A QC report for all samples will be delivered to the client with the end results.
