The primary objective of the Development Management team is to manage the design & construction process by bringing in efficiencies, reducing the risk and controlling cost during every phase, from site evaluation to project completion. Core Services Development Management (DM) - Client s representative to project reporting directly to and from Client for development projects. Responsibilities may include all or part PM scope of services. Project Management (PM) - Contracted to provide leadership to project. Responsibilities may include all or part delivery of project including design, construction & procurement co-ordination & monitoring and issuing instructions to contractors / vendors. Master Programming / Planning provide independent planning / scheduling for on and offshore construction projects. Move & Change Management - act as a single point of contact for all activities associated with the client s relocation. Design & Build Management manage on the Client s behalf a project of an single source design & build process.
